Process

  • Intake

    Over a cup of coffee, we discuss your wishes and look at what the product needs to comply with. We delve into the regulations and/or standards and draw up a plan. We also coordinate the planning, so that your project runs smoothly.

  • Measuring

    After our introduction, we subject your car to our 3D scanning equipment. With this we make an extremely accurate scan that serves as the basis of the design. The scan will serve as a display model and offers many possibilities during the design phase. Visualizing the product lends itself perfectly to give the customer a clear image.

  • Engineering

    In the engineering phase, we start working on a suitable design for your product. Our skilled engineers combine technical prowess with innovation to make the customer's vision come true. Whether it's a roll cage, exclusive custom exhaust, fuel tank or subframe, every project is approached with the same passion. We go beyond the norm!

  • Production

    When making your product, we strive for top quality. Our VA roll cages and tube constructions are known for their exact fit, but also for the tight welding. In addition to roll cages, we are also at home in the production of stainless steel exhausts, aluminum fuel and catch tanks, wishbones, subframes and everything that has to do with tubes in the automotive sector!

  • Certification

    Finally, we arrange the documentation and the roll cage is certified by the KNAF. Then we send you the certificate with all the details, so that you can go through the inspections of the events without any worries.
