The new Dayvtec BMW M240i – A step further in roll cage engineering
After the huge success of the F22 BMW M240i, Dayvtec has unveiled its successor: the G42 BMW M240i. And what an impressive car it has become! This model represents pure top class and offers performance of the highest level. We are therefore proud that, just like with the 85 units of the previous model, we have also been able to provide this car with a roll cage.
Flashback: From first copy to 85 copies
It all started in 2017, when we provided the first F22 M240i for Dayvtec with a roll cage. The demand was modest at the time: maybe 5, or who knows even 10. But it soon became clear that the demand was much higher. We eventually produced the roll cages in series of 10 pieces and the counter eventually stopped at no less than 85 copies.
Innovation and efficiency for the new generation
For the G42 M240i, we optimized our production process from the very beginning, with a focus on higher volumes. This allowed us to develop a roll cage that is not only lightweight and fully calculated, but also highly reproducible. Thanks to our advanced production methods, we can guarantee high quality in a short time without compromising strength and safety.
This new roll cage combines engineering precision with thoughtful design, setting a new standard for both performance and production efficiency. Fast, light and strong – just as it should be.
